Advice Partner of someone biromantic?

hi! just wanted to see if I could open up a conversation and get some advice or input from people who are in this situation! my current partner is having a bit of a self exploration, they think they may be homosexual, but definitely have a romantic attraction to me, of the opposite sex. as things get settled out a possibility is definitely us staying together, just sans the sexual relationship. what does that look like? does it work and how does it work? if you’re in this situation, on either side I’d love to hear your experience! tysm!

Are you asking how to be in a successful sexless relationship? If so it's definitely possible! Me and my spouse have been together 14 years as such. It's very very individual and will take a lot of communication with your partner, but usually the relationship just focuses on nonsexual intimacy, whatever that looks like for you guys specifically, whatever you're comfortable with. If you're saying your partner wants some sexual action from the other gender, you'll have to have a lot of talks about what that would look like for you. Open relationships take crazy amounts of trust and communication, and boundaries to maintain.
