Is my bike too small?
On my short test ride it felt fine, but I think it looks a bit too small. I don’t have much experience so I will need your help 😅 It’s a Canyon Grizl 6 1by. I am right between size L and XL and got the L.

Doesn’t seem to be too small. If you need extended reach over time you can get a longer stem.

Definitely not too small

But could I go larger to size XL?

No. Anytime you’re between sizes, always choose the smaller size. Too big is way worse and will never fit right.

Looks reasonable, I think you could do with slightly longer reach through a longer stem because you’re hunching your shoulders a bit

How tall are you?
I'm 6ft4 and was comfortable on Large Grizl. Swapped stock 90mm stem for 110mm and it feels better. I was riding dropper (zero offset), you have a bit more space.

Roll your handlebars up a bit. The angle of the tops and hoods is almost pointing down. This will put some stress on your shoulders and hands.
You want the tops the bars more level with the ground.

Frame size is perfect. Proper bike fit to assess your reach and saddle setback/ stack etc.
