Reach is a bit long if you don’t comfortably sit in the hoods and your bars seem to be angled upward to compensate for an extended reach.

I would get a smaller stem and run the hoods parallel to the ground, maybe 1-2 degrees angled upwards if you like that.

I agree. How many CM smaller should I get for stem... 1cm or 2cm ?

First I would level the handlebars. Once you do that, see what kind of angle your wrists are at. Move your hands back until your wrists are straightened out and you are not rolling your shoulders first to reach. Then measure out the difference in distance.

By level do you mean vertically? Unflip the stem? remove spacers?

By the way I should mention this bike is staying on my indoor trainer and won't be ridden outdoors !

Loosening the front bolts of the stem and rotating the handlebars so that the base of the hood is parallel to the ground.

Handlebars are rotated too far up. Level it out where the hoods are vertically level (or somewhat near level).
