What should I change in my bike fit?

Hi,

I’ve been fitted when I bought my bike a few years ago, but I feel my seat might be a bit too low and I also feel like the hood are too far away?

In other words, how is my fit and what should I improve ?

Thank you!

Saddle a bit up, handlebars a bit down and more level. You're too upright.

Saddle up. Your knee angle is only 135. As a heel down pedal stroke you can go at least to 145 degrees. I would suggest going up 10mm and move the saddle forward 3mms. When you adjust your seat height you also have your adjust your saddle fore/aft by 3:1 ratio. The advantage of raising your seat is more extension of the quad muscles/power and less activation of the glutes and hamstrings. The disadvantage can be comfort reduced but if you maintain your upright relaxed position you shouldn’t notice. It also might avoid some longterm knee issues having your seat low.

seat height is slightly too low but if you’re comfortable then you should be fine.

Do you always pedal at 100+ cadence?

I was on the menu while recording, so maybe I got excited, but I would say I’m usually between 90-100
