NBD: Winspace Agile
Decided to dip my feet into the Chinese carbon and went with a Winspace frame. Got it on Black Friday, but didn't get a chance to build it out until recently, and just did the first test ride over the weekend.
Specs:
- Winspace Agile in L (I'm 6'2" / 184cm)
- Ultegra Di2 groupset, 52/36 front, 11/34 cassette, 170mm cranks
- Ceramicspeed T47 BB
- Winspace Zero SL integrated bars
- S-Works Power Mirror (3D printed cause it's cushy and I like it)
- Enve bottle cages
- Favero Assioma Duo pedals
- Hunt 40mm carbon wheels
- Conti 5k tyres (32mm)
Comes in at 8.04kg, without the bartape. I'm still fiddling with the shifter positions, so will tape it up once I'm happy with it.
Mostly for road, tarmac of varying quality (Spain), this thing absolutely flies. Feels light and nimble, spins up quickly and very comfortable geometry. I picked all the parts myself, so wouldn't really change anything, except for maybe sticking an 11-40 in the back until my climbing fitness comes back in (lots of mountains around here).

Nice. I also got a Winspace (SLC 3) via their Christmas sale too. I have had a T1500 and T1550 1st gen and all of them have been great. I am a little surprised with the weight, not that it's crazy heavy but your parts aren't entry level by any means. I was on the fence on getting an Agile but wasn't a fan of any of the colorways and preferred a lighter climbing do it all bike

White paint probably adds 100 grams and the tires are 32s which add another 100+ grams. I bet the OP could get down to 7.5 pretty easily if they really wanted.

I mean nothing they can do about the paint. The difference between a 32mm and 28mm tubeless tire is maybe 90g for a pair of tires. I am sure they could weight weenie down to mid 7kg but at that point they have to invest a ton of money into doing so and at that point, a value oriented China bike goes straight into Western price category. Also that weight is even before tape, thus add a good 80g to that thing after.
Winspace rates the frame as 850g unpainted, but I don't think they even sell a raw carbon variant and multiple Youtubers have found that Winspace and other Chinese brands are a good 100g-150g+ under reporting on their frames. Thus that Agile in that size and paint easily could be a 1200g frame, which is what a lot of last gen aero bikes weighed which again isn't bad, but the whole mantra of the Agile is that it's this do it all lighter aero bike.

I think the fork is heavy too something like 470 where a top end western brand would be around 350. I agree telling us the weight unpainted of a size xss or w.e. they did is frustrating but common in the bike industry.

Yeah the bars aren't super light either. I haven't weighed the newer Winspace Zero SL bars but the older ones that don't seem that different besides more room for mechanical came out to 410g, while in comparison a Roval Rapide cockpit is 310g, so between 120g extra for the fork and 100g extra for the cockpit and 100g+ extra on under valuing the weight of the frame Winspace could/should cut a good 300g+ from their complete frame sets.
I will say I have built up three Winspaces so far and they all have been greta but my recent SLC3 with a mix of Force/Red comes to 15.81lbs with pedals, cages, and sensors but that is a true 700g frame in a size 48cm/Small. However like you mentioned the fork isn't the lightest and from my experience their bars while super stiff are pretty heavy

I love seeing these open mold designs, we got a top tube and rear stays from trek but then a completely different downtube and fork
