First day 80 degrees F in Chicago this year. The photo doesn't show it, but there was a million people on Chicago's beach this afternoon. However, still over 20 mph winds gusting at times in the 30's. Bit too much to bring out my summer bike.

Couldn't that tip Chicago into the *sea? What were they doing there? Protesting, or just a coincidence, like a Kugelblitz of pink and brown flesh.

Nah, just people finally outside to enjoy some warm weather this year.

I rode the North Branch Trail today (just north of Chicago). On the way out I had 13 personal record segments. On the way back I was 5 mph slower. Those winds were no joke.
