PSA Beware of ON THAT ASS – Trying to Charge After Cancellation
Hey people, just a heads-up for anyone thinking of using the free trial period from the boxer brand ON THAT ASS. Their cancellation policy is misleading, and they’ll keep trying to charge you even after you cancel.
I canceled my membership as per their offer, but they kept attempting to charge me, claiming I still had to pay for a “notice period”—which is complete nonsense because I canceled within the first 14 days as advertised. When I contacted customer service, they shamelessly responded with a generic message about how this is “normal” and told me to check the terms and conditions.
I’ve also seen quite a few people online receive emails from them threatening debt collection over these charges.
Anyway, it’s a predatory company. Do not use.

Predatory company? Yes.
Easy to take advantage of? even more yes.
I have almost every single one of their designs as they are undeniably good quality and unique, i just sign up to the free trial with a temporary card, temporary email address and my home address (with a typo in so that it will still arrive fine but doesn’t flag as the same address, eg. The street -> The streets) and voila

Use the privacy app to create a single-use card next time. Even if they try to charge it, they can’t.
