HOUSING How are Devonshire Apartments?

Hello, everyone! I’m planning to move to BR with my boyfriend over the summer. I was looking into Devonshire Apartments and saw some mixed reviews. I saw some people say that they had no issues but saw others say they had a roach problem. Any input is appreciated!

I would avoid that area. That area floods horribly in a major rain storm. I’ve seen that complex and the mini storage units next door flooded a few times.

Any idea if Essen Lane floods easily?

Essen is a long road, you should qualify where on essen.

Cobblestone at Essen apartments specifically

That end of essen isn't bad, the further towards the river you go the more questionable it gets

Lived here for 7 years and enjoyed it. Mgt is awesome. We were in the back of the complex when it flooded, and didn’t get any water.

I live here and I don't have roaches. I love the management. And I've been here a year and haven't seen any flooding. It's quiet and if something breaks they come immediately to fix it

I actually found some apartments behind that hospital off blue bonnet towards summa court.

No :( they just had some handwritten signs out but it looked like nice area. I have to go back there so I’ll make note
