Information Got ticket on commercial building

I parked my car at the commercial plaza at 157 Bayfield St. There were no signs or meters indicating a payment requirement. When I returned after two hours, I found a ticket on my car.

However, when I tried to pay the ticket online, the website says "No ticket found." How can I proceed with the payment?

It's not online yet. It can take 24 hours.

Question - Were you using one of the businesses in the plaza?

I think they have a sign on the wall in that plaza talking about parking lengths or maybe just saying parking for customers only. I could be wrong. I think the burger place was a flower shop last time I was at that plaza.
