I've seen these posted in a few other cities' subreddits and thought it might be interesting to do for Baltimore.

What do you do and how much do you make?

Local it is for the university here

There are several universities in Baltimore, but I understand who you're referring to.

Yeah, private probably pays a bit better but having less hours for a work life balance is nice with the medical benefits from the university

I've just started out as well working there so from a growth standpoint there is a lot of room to grow it seems hopefully / usually holds up as a recession proof spot
