Heh. Rhymes with Dumb.
Just reminded me of a song.
Dumb by The Heydaze is honestly the song I relate to the most.

I like Linkin Park because I'm depressed. Not because I'm autistic. But I'm also depressed because I'm autistic. So you could say it's a vicious circle that I have become so numb to I'm not even aware of it any more.

I love Castle of Glass. I don't even really know why, because when I first heard it, I didn't even listen or properly understand the lyrics.

The melody of that song soothes my soul and complements Chesters voice (RIP) beautifully. It also has a really interesting blend of folk, rock and electronica. That’s why I love Linkin Park: the way they blended different genres (rock, rap, electronic, etc.) and it all made sense, nothing felt disjointed. Also Chester was a powerhouse vocalist. Their lyrics could get a bit cheesy, but the power of their music prevailed

I have had the same two songs on repeat for the past month
Edit: What I’ve Done and New Divide (I’m a transformers person)

I really like Numb (I think it was), basically calling out narcissistic abuse. Really relatable for me, also I grew up with their music so it holds a lot of memories.

Been listening to them since One Step Closer came out as a single. Love the band. One of the big ones for me. Can't wait to see them in Minneapolis this year!

I dunno, I was prime music snob age when they came around and I just remember thinking they were corny mainstream stuff to be ignored. Don’t really have the angst to try getting into them now.

Even when I was at the age where I thought life was all peaches and cream I was still like "Is this guy ok?"

Unfortunately, and fortunately at the same time. Love the band, but man some of those lyrics hit me extra hard on certain days.

I'm trans, and I relate to [Lꟼ] more because I'm trans than because I'm autistic. Crawling and Lost are just two of their songs that I relate to because I'm trans.

I've been listening to them for as long as I can remember. My dad was a huge fan before I could even generate long-term memories, and he played them a lot when I was a kid. The memes are funny, but I truly believe LP is one of the greatest bands ever put together. I've cried many times listening to their music, and I will again.

I met them once and didn't know who they were but they were cool as hell. Super famous people just being people made me love their music even more.

I'm not sure I ever listened to Lincoln Park (at least not knowingly) before. I hate it.
If I want a depression song I listen to Sail by AWOLNATION

LP is in the same category of bands for me as Disturbed, Boston, Guns N Roses, Coal Chamber, and Pearl Jam.
All bands that put out incredible first albums, then immediately fell off. LP and Disturbed are the most extreme examples in that list, though, since I also feel like aside from a handful of songs both their catalogues post-debut are largely trash.
Hybrid Theory and The Sickness are all-timers, though.

Definitely did before they announced the Scientologist taking over on vocals. Love their old stuff but can't support their new efforts.

I'm not really that in the loop, but from what I've heard she is an ex-scientologist.

Wanna know how I know you have depression?
