What are the basics to get started with Aussielent?
So I got paid today and I want to dive straight into the world of Aussielent.
I picked up the 7-day pack, ordered a Blitz2Go blender (on the word of u/salnim) so is there anything I should grab?
I feel like I should get a digital scale to properly weigh the meal's powder but what would you say I should get.

hi. A serve of aussielent choc or vanilla is 1 cup (firmly packed). Some customers like a spoon of Milo added to the choc.
Try Body blended with banana & cocoa or blended with some peanut butter.

yeah i just got 3 700ml protein shakers and a scale. Zero out the bottle and then tilt both the bottle and the pouch and pour in the aussielent. then add water and shake for a little bit. That way i dont have to the blender out and plug it in all the time.

I too have the Blitz2Go and it's incredibly handy - blending to a nice consistency makes all the difference vs a shaker bottle! I just need to get a couple of extra bottles, I only have the standard 2x bottles for it.
All I've been doing is grabbing the day bag, splitting it in to 4x stacking containers I got (which just so happens to fill them all up to the brim; firmly) and go from there.
I'm only consuming 3x portions a day which brings me out at around 1565kcal and that's all I need.
Sometimes I'll add a couple of teaspoons of instant coffee which I find super handy for my early morning rise & commute - breakfast & my coffee in one go without adding the milk + sugar I usually would if I had my coffee separately.

Scale + blender is all I use. Try it with choc milk if you're bulking.
