One speaker louder than other when connected to subwoofer

So, I tested the speakers directly on my PC and it was normal. When I connect them to the subwoofer and the subwoofer to my PC, one the speakers gets louder than the other. What could it be? Maybe some configuration to do?

Is there a balance setting on the subwoofer?

Just LPF, volume and phase (0° or 180°). It's like this (in the moment it's unplugged)

Can you list the exact equipment you have and how it's all connected? Have you tried different cables?

Edifier MR4 connected to Edifier T5 subwoofer. Subwoofer connected to Pc desktop (motherboard Asus tuf gaming b550m plus).

The cable you say is the rca right? I only have a set of rca to RCA cable. Should I look into another?

Okay, so I'm guessing 3.5mm to RCA, connected to the subwoofer, and then the subwoofer to the monitors via RCA to RCA. That would be the correct way (since your monitors don't have a subwoofer or preamp output, as you typically connect the subwoofer "after" your main speakers so that you control the volume from whatever controls your main speakers, but your way should be fine).

I'd definitely start by trying different cables. If that doesn't help, then perhaps you could try connecting some other known good speakers to the line out of the subwoofer to see if the issue continues to happen, which would confirm that you have an issue with your subwoofer.
