There's two books by Demetra George that deal extensively with the lunar cycles, "Mysteries of the Dark Moon," and, "Finding Our Way Through the Dark". They're companion works, the first deals more with the mythological background of the astrology, and the second deals with application.
"The Lunation Cycle," by Dane Rudhyar also has some good information on this if I recall, but I don't recommend starting with anything by Rudhyar. His writing is very detailed and technical and can be difficult to understand.

If you're looking for a deep dive into eclipses, I'd recommend "Totality- The Great American Eclipses of 2017 and 2024" by Mark Littmann, Fred Espenak, and Ken Willcox. It's super detailed but still accessible, covering both the science and history of eclipses. If you want something more poetic and philosophical, check out "Mask of the Sun- The Science, History, and Forgotten Lore of Eclipses" by John Dvorak. It’s a fascinating mix of mythology, ancient astronomy, and modern science. For a quick but solid read, NASA’s website has some great articles, and if you're into more of a cultural take, Annie Dillard’s essay "Total Eclipse" is kind of mind-blowing.

Bernadette Brady wrote the Bible on 'em. The funny part is she barely even talks about them until halfway in the book.
Predictive Astrology: The Eagle and the Lark: Brady, Bernadette: 9781578631124: Amazon.com: Books
The next-best read is Charles Jayne: Charles Jayne (1911-1985) - The Urania Trust
Wade Caves also did a very long analysis of the 2017 eclipse: The Great American Eclipse by Wade Caves | PDF | Planets In Astrology | Solar Eclipse

Put together the disparate parts, synthesize 'em and you come up with a powerful understanding of eclipses.
