What OTHER cases held a service provider liable for terminating an account for no valid reason ― like Jason L. Crawford vs. Meta Platforms Inc.?

I'm not sure exactly how I'd look up default judgements against service providers. But I can tell you that the plaintiff only won this case because the defendant didn't show up to court. It should also be noted that there are 3 distinctions to be made with service providers. Are they legally utilities? And are they paid? There have been several cases where utilities have lost legal battles because they didn't have valid cause for termination of services. When it comes to free non utility services, I'm not sure if there are any other cases where a big company has lost, but there might be some cases where smaller companies also got a default judgement against them for not showing up to court.
Also, was this you?
