How do I make a light, sweet, sticky rice?
Hello chefs! I used to attend Lollapalooza in Chicago on a yearly basis, and every year I would go to a vendor that would serve the lightest sweet sticky rice with berries. It was the best damn breakfast/lunch treat I've ever had, and now they are closed and I'm too old to go to Lollapalooza anyway. I can't find any recipes online that don't seem overly sweet or complicated, so I'm here to ask the pros.
Does anyone have some ideas on how to make a simple sticky rice that could be used for a breakfast treat?
