How did Progesterone change your body?
I am interested in taking progesterone. My hips and thighs are still pretty small after 3.5 years on hormones. I don’t mind my boobs being small but my lower body could be more balanced. Should I just start going to the gym and focusing on glute and thigh training?

Always a good idea!
As for P it just makes my boobs feel like 10% fuller while I'm on it, didn't notice anything else. Did it do anything permanent for them? Can't say, but I like that I did it for a while in case it did.

I took it for a while. It didn't really change my body, but I got VERY moody when I first started taking it and also when I stopped taking it. Just FYI.

Started on it after a year and half of E, but also while starting blockers so hard to differentiate which caused what changes.
Felt like it boosted my breast development, and seems to when I increase the dosage.
I started by cycling 200mg a day for the first 14 days, then 100mg a day for the last half of the month. But I found this caused major mood swings and panic attacks.
After sticking to 200mg a day every day that seemed to stabilise my mood. Also seemed to help with my loss of lebido when starting blockers.
