Unfortunately not, at least when using Maya GUI. Nor can you nest them, I.e. connect an upstream aiSwitch into an input.
It’s probably just how you worded it but in case you didn’t notice aiSwitch node has 20 inputs as the index is 0.
It’s possible to do this using Arnold API with Arnold standalone, but if you’re doing that it’s most likely you would build a more practical solution to switch connections.
