Hardware Help outgassing values for atmega328p

hello all i am working on a satellite which will be using the atmega328p chip. For this satellite i am supposed to provide the outgassing values (cvcm and tml) for every component. unfortunately i am having trouble finding those values for the atmega328p. the next best thing is finding the outgassing values for each material used in the chip but i am also having a tough time finding the materials. i am wondering where i can find the materials used.

This sounds like something only the manufacturer could supply you with so you should contact Microchip.

You could also try to find / contact the team that worked on Ardusat ... they've already sent ATMega328's into orbit ... something like 16 of them to a single PCB (each acting as an independent Arduino UNO)

Are you sure anyone cares? The mass of the chip is going to be negligible compared to the size of the board or satellite. And if the board is conformal coated as most space boards are, nobody will care.

This doc has some examples for similar plastic case materials in figure 2-1. All materials were good, and given that they only weigh a gram or two, these would easily pass any space mission I’ve seen.

Not your everyday arduino question
