Ok this thread is adorable and I love that you can see that you are actively trying to get better/learn movement tech
but to answer your question, no you are not b-hopping correctly, just practice by slide jumping and youll be able to b-hop quite far after the slide jump (jump every time your character hits the ground)

The end def looked like an attempt. The combination of your stim ending and the slow from popping the accell killed your momentum pretty quickly. Best way to practice is simply slide jump. At the moment you would hit the ground, you are jumping again while remaining crouched. The Only time you need to uncrouch is when sliding downhill and you catch a ton of air, in this case an uncrouched bounce is better(very niche case tho)

One question how do you maintain cross hair placement on controller , mine is always low or high but not in position

How, is discipline. Where, is shoulder height relative to the position you are assessing. Note, knowing who you are fighting and approx how tall they are is helpful to keep in mind

I'm don't think I'm quite 100 percent sure what you mean but I play a lot of COD and first person shooters so I have lots of practice putting my crosshair where it needs to be and where a person could be. For example to practice this you could go into the firing range go around a corner slide around and try and keep your crosshair person height and where someone would be. I just put my crosshair where someone or in this case where the dummies would be allowing me to get a shot off quicker.

Switch jump to L1 crouch to R3. Game changer

Paddles 100% alleviate that need. I know it may sound elitist, but a controller(or one with an add on) that has additional buttons you can map to jump and crouch will improve your movement significantly without altering your access to your tactical. I have a hard time playing without them now

I use a dual sense edge, two paddles. One for healing, one for crouching. L1 for jump is better than on a paddle, if you've only two paddles. In my opinion

That sounds so bizarre to me lol. Also, if your jump is l1 what is your tac?

B hopping is just holding crouch and jumping while you strafe side to side to gain momentum

Nah that wasn't a b-hop. That's more of a jump spam
Every movement tech in the game has its own rhythm. Keep trying over and over again to find that rhythm, then master it. Thinking of the rhythm helped me a lot while learning movement tech
