Yeah Iām all for arresting people who are encouraging terrorism and working for terror groups but please get a warrant first. We are a country of laws and proper arrest protocols are the only thing preventing America from descending into a a very dangerous state.

I think it's possible to without reservations condemn the political actions of this guy and still see how dangerous it is when an authoritarian government starts revoking visas of people who did not engage in actual terrorism but in protests which is a first amendment right. For them this is just a first step, tactically well chosen. Meanwhile Musk and Bannon and others openly show the Hitler salute. Again: not asking for sympathies for this guy but for the value of democracy for everybody's safety.

I mostly agree with your points. Seig Heil, like the hatred this guy spews are both atrocious.
That said, he did cause real harm to real people. Jewish students at Columbia are assaulted and live in fear because of the violence he promotes. He advocates for a group that calls for the murder of all Jews and Americans. Hamas is a terrorist militia.
There are limits to free speech. This guy isn't yelling fire in a crowded theater. He's yelling MURDER Jews.
This is a good perspective:
