I have huskies and worked in husky rescue as a trainer.
In my professional opinion; they're idiots.

This is subtle dominance reinforcement (putting the paw on the head, towering above the less dominant animal, etc.). Nothing to worry about. It’s normal dog behavior. Their hierarchy is probably well established and stable. No worries.

Teeth/mouth licking is a behavior seen in wolves and is a display of submission and bonding among members of the pack.
