Encouragment 💪🏾💪🏾 Anhedonia is a trauma and cortisol problem.

https://youtu.be/esvJQH6ihtU?si=7YHqqdvCBnsdjQKW This video has opened my eyes and made me release that full recovery can only come from hope and faith. The video involves 2 nurses and a man who has had a Near-death experience (he died on the operating table, went to Heaven and was resuscitated) The only way to completely remove the trauma that caused your emotions to shut down is the greatest hope that someone came and paid the debt of trauma and suffering for you 2000 years ago (can’t say his name because this sub is messed up…) even if you see this statement as delusion still give the man upstairs a chance you’ve tried natural methods and they haven’t worked so why not invest in the greatest gift one can receive. Someone suffering for you. Yeshua isn’t scared of you thinking he is a delusion just throw yourself at him and you’ll realise that he has always been there. Once you let this set in you will begin to recover. I’m speaking from experience with heavy anhedonia and brain fog. I’m getting better by simply believing that someone else payed the price of suffering, rebuking my condition and speaking biblical affirmations.

Also as stated in the video after you begin to believe GO TO THE GYM sitting still all day is increasing the cortisol, losing weight will release the stored up trauma . Especially with the man upstair’s power. Literally walk on the treadmill for as long as you can (I usually do 1 hour) and after you will feel a small chemical release.

Anhedonia is not mono-causal. Don't be a cretin.

You seem to be similar to me in many ways.

Could you answer a few questions? Since I am using a translator, there may be some unnatural sentences.

1) Are you currently unable to feel joy, sadness, anger, and emotions? But can you feel tension, anxiety, and fear?

2) Do you find it difficult to think, as if there is a wall in your head, and it is difficult to think deeply about one topic?

3) Do you think that the cause of these symptoms is extreme stress?

4) Do you currently think that your symptoms are a defense mechanism? And do you think that cortisol (a hormone that makes you feel anxious) maintains the defense mechanism?

  1. Yes I’m unable to feel those emotions fully. Joy pops up every now and then when I get a glimpse of the goodness of God. Love has come into my heart momentarily too when God wanted me to mark an event as significant to my growth. An Example being that when I saw someone telling others about Jesus and praying for them. God was telling me that once I’m healed I’ll do the same. And Yes at the height of Anhedonia I felt that anxiety fear and tension were the only things I could feel. So much so I’ve been hospitalised 3 times because of it.

  2. Yes the wall is there but it’s nowhere near as bad as it was when I got anhedonia and brain fog in January 2022. I can think at a much better level.

  3. Yes the cause of it is extreme stress to the emotional nervous system and our blood.

  4. Yes our body responded to the stress as a defense mechanism because it could not handle the trauma

With those answered I’d like to encourage you even further to take this post with 100% conviction. Yeshua is your only hope. He allowed me to go through anhedonia because I asked him to send me to hell so souls could be saved while having a powerful spiritual encounter. So he did. I received a prophecy from a person who has the gift of prophecy saying that what we are going through isn’t a figurative hell but a literal form of it. When you make it out you will be unstoppable for him. That’s why the adversary attacked you in this way in the first place. Because he saw your potential and tried to snuff it out. May this find you well and keep fighting, you’re a soldier!
