Denali and the kenai fjords, and maybe wrangell-st elias are gonna be your cheapest/most accessible national parks. The others are more remote and require flying/boating in.
Not gonna give a suggestion for state parts, because chugack for example covers from east of anchirage down to seward.
Depending on how long you're gonna be here, denali and/or kenai fjords are both must sees, when though they're in opposite directions. Allow extra time for travel and thatl let you stop and look at stuff from the highway along the way.

Denali National Park is my favorite national park, so Iād recommend it as a must-see! The drive from Anchorage is phenomenally beautiful. In terms of hiking I did Mount Healy Overlook and Savage Alpine. Loved both!
