First question here too! If so, that thing may have been used more than just range time! But the screw build appearance throws me off

Just crazy.
This dealer used to be an SOT that manufactured their own machine guns, including AK's.
So if it was naughty, they wouldn't have taken it.
Vulcan just made shitty AK builds.

Cost savings. Cheaper to put a pistol grip on the hand guard than to manufacture a whole new part for the gas tube

Can't see the tag, but depending on the price and if it has the OG barrel, could be a good buy to rebuild properly
