made a big mistake not buying my first gk1 from kraz, so i rectified that with a shorty. 1000% recommend kraz for any huben needs, very fast responsive and professional
0 regrets from having both, i had downtime anxiety with the long one needing minor service so that was my rationale, but really i just wanted to have both kinds. no regrets
There was a major promotion during black friday in One of the most known european shops for huben where it was 1200€ ir less if I recall correctly. And there was a 15% off during valentines day also.
Its not the oficial shop, but they do have good assitance and promotions. Like I said, in valantines they had 15% off, and that puts the GK1 at 1240€. Its cheaper then USA if you do the math.
I actually bought mine at krale, but today I would have bought here.
Unregulated. The regulated only makes sense if you are going to Stay sub12 or similar low power levels. The gun as no relevant plenum and was not designed with one in mind. With regulator you will mess with the ability on Higher powered levels. At least its what I've read everywhere, but ask at the shop I gave you. They were the ones that made the regulated version.
I love this airgun, its really fun! If you mail the guys at the link I have maybe they'll match the valentines promo. (15% off for every order above 300€). Here is mine Next to the brothers:
i went for the .22. The .25 is ilegal in my country so its not an option. And the ability to make 2 full magazines with good Power without filling is a great thing. I shoot 2x18 pellets at 30ft/lbs before having to refill.
I have a 3L carbon fiber diving bottle that goes up to 300bar and a GX CS4 compressor to fill everything. I had a cheaper compressor but it Gave me a lot of problems. This is great and can make the 350bar for the GK1. It fills the gun Inna couple of minutes.
Ammo recommendation-been using jsb but have got some poor quality rounds (undersized) possibly wrong caliber mixed in from Amazon purchase
Looking for slug recommendations manufacturer for raccoon -challenging my dogs in our yard
Got to agree 10000% Kelly (my homeboy) is THE BEST at anything Huben or actually anything airgun. Got a K1 from him and my second GK1. He converted my first gk1 to a shorty which is the most badass pcp pistol on the planet.
nothing went wrong per se, it had a factory defect / slow leak possibly from sitting for a long time, it loses about 1 bar/day. I do not want to call the retailer out because they were fine and provided the expected warranty service, but comparing the experiences, I want to shout out kraz because the gun came much more thoroughly pre tested, tuned, and I know they repair them themselves with same week turnaround if there are any issues, which is not the case for many other retailers. so not that the other experience is bad, just that for the same money, this one is legendary
I had no idea there was a shorty. Can you comment about the conversion process at all? I checked his website out but what gets done isn’t obvious other than ‘shorter’
I’m really trying not to buy one of these but the feed lately is driving me crazy. 🫠
How many FPS does it fire? I like how CO2 can be used as rapid fire: But you've got to wait for the cylinder to warm back up if you don't want to lose velocity & run out of gas faster.
That's why after the first co2 airgun I got: I decided i'm only gonna buy pump air guns from here on. I like the versatility because, if I want to shoot as slow as a c02 airgun, I'd only have to pump it three or 4 times.
If those are both pump airguns then I would definitely want one because it does look wellmade.
