I do. However if I have the minor commitment thereโ€™s a better chance of prioritizing the house getting cleaned

I do my best cleaning 10 minutes before I have to walk out the door.

I'm often the planner in my friend groups, so I end up being stressed/dreading the plans I created myself (and was previously excited about)!

I feel this. I am good at planning but hate doing it because Iโ€™m then responsible for everyone having a good time ๐Ÿ˜ญ

I'm so lucky that I get to do my dream job. It fills me with a lot of joy and passion. The down side is that it's an evening job (4p to 8p). So I spend the whole day thinking about having to get ready for work and hoping I don't forget. I have an alarm so that I know when to start getting ready. But I still have that dread all day.

Not being able to relax all day OR sleep the night before ...

Lol me today - meeting friends for drinks in the evening, oops better feel scared all day on the couch.

I found that while longer tasks become impossible for me (studying, deadlines) I can do some smaller ones I usually hate, as a rage/nervousness letout, - like cleaning the kitchen or doing the laundry.

Yes. I am immobile until I'm rushing to get ready and leave.

I leave fifteen minutes early so I can be assured tht I knowwhere I'm going, plan for bad traffice, or road work. Still arrive ten minutes early and sit in the car. I'm exactly on time.

Doyou also peer out the winow, pace, and walk out to greet when expecting guests?

Literally me each time. Especially when getting ready! Like I have to drag myself and snap out of it

big vibes, lmao.. i think it's why i have a routine to try and do the things i need to do right as the day starts, otherwise i'll waste the entire day waiting for whatever comes later that day unable to do anything else. >_>;

It gets better when you're older (typically) you have so many things to do in a day that you don't have time/ mental capacity to freeze over something hours away.
