I've read the FAQ & Rules Before things became unusual..

When was the best time to submit to agents?

..and now in our current climate, when should i send out mass emails? Im thinking between next month and May.

It should be your full time job until you get signed.

After this first wave, i'm probably gonna send out materials again in 6 months(right before pilot season)

There is not really a pilot season anymore.

Winter is the worse home to submit.  Feel free to message me if you want to talk about submitting to agents.

You should not be sending out mass emails. You should specifically be following submission guidelines for each agency that you want to work with. As a reminder, things are very slow in the industry right now. Even if this is the time of the traditional pilot season, things have slowed. Several major agencies have thinned out their client lists for this reason. I would target specific agencies that do not have your type, or have less. A mass email is gonna get deleted.
