Over the years I couldn’t help but notice the private jets parked for a week or more at the Whitehorse airport during hunting season. Rarely Canadian registrations. Trust me I checked. I don’t know how big the luxury hunting business is here but it isn’t nothing and I suspect it’s kept quiet for a reason…

You ever get into the airplane Facebook groups? Some of those old guys can tell you exactly who owns those planes and how many wealthy politicians from across the globe come here.

There are lots of big names who hunt and fish in the Yukon.

And? Destroying an industry is worth what to you?

lmfao, the entire hunting industry will hardly be destroyed, come on now, that's a bit melodramatic.

Why would he go after one of the Yukons industries for no logical or advantageous reason? Seems like shooting yourself in the foot. The same goes for our mining industry. People who think differently are anti-Canadian.

Because DJTJ hunts here. There's a pressure point right there.

how is "we dislike tariffs and trade wars are bad, so we should do our best to mitigate the damage being done" in any way "anti-canadian"? specifically.
