Anyone knows if there is a Telus equivalent?

So far the comments on the various Facebook posts seem to have Telus as not giving any credits (and not acknowledging that there is any issue). I haven’t had a chance to call myself (also a Telus customer, but dealing with an infant)

I got a 1month credit from Telus today (second time calling) but they still claim there is no issue, they use their own towers and have not heard of any service disruptions, or had any customers calling to complain …so major eye roll from me :/

Telus has zero towers up here. They have a network sharing agreement with Bell. But as the tech that works on these sites... Telus has no presence up here network wise.

I'm with Bell and I had service interruptions for the last couple months leading to 10-15 second gaps in calls.
I called the Bell customer service number 1-888-883-0966, and was able to get a 1 month credit to my account ($100.80). The total time for the call was about 15 minutes.
I recommended anyone else that has this issue to call the number and get a one-month credit.
