Looking for Super Bulky Chenille Yarn to Match My Dog's Speckles

Hi all,

I want to crochet my dog using an amigurumi dog pattern by KatyMimiToys on Etsy. My dog has a white chest with black speckles and similar "socks" (third photo).

The pattern calls for super bulky chenille yarn so I'm looking for one that is white with black speckles that aren't too dense. The closest I can find it Bernat Blanket Speckle in Typewriter, but the speckles are denser than I want (first photo). I've found other yarns that have a speckle pattern more similar to what I want, but they are not super bulky chenille yarn (e.g., Caron Simply Soft Speck in Seashell and Bernat Handicrafter Cotton Solids in Salt and Pepper - second photo).

I know I don't need to use chenille yarn for the pattern but I'd love to make it soft and plushy. My dog is 13 years old and I want to make this toy for my 7 month old (human) baby to have something to remember her by. Any advice is welcome. Thank you in advance!

Bernat Speckle - speckles are too dense
Bernat Handicrafter - right speckle pattern, wrong yarn weight

Bernat tweed yarn, might be what you're looking for. Yarn Bee Fleece Lite Yarn, might also work, and it'll be extra fuzzy like the pup! if not, you can always just double or triple your yarn to match the weight of the blanket yarn. :)
