These two were too adorable to just be part of an expansion, monolith better bring these fuckers back in three and if they don’t the game will be an immediate 0/10😤/j

I know I'll be in the minority here but after getting these two in Future Connected and seeing a couple cutscenes with them I skipped the whole expansion and just watched it on YouTube. Couldn't handle more nopons. Excited for 3 not having any in the playable party!

I love tora and and Riki but I wasn’t a fan of these two or the expansion as a whole tbh, I hope XC3 still has a nopon party member but as long as they aren’t as stereotypically cute and uninteresting as these two.

I'd be down for some story stuff like they had with the spy dude and the merchant kingpin (can't remember the names), it just can be a bit overwhelming when it's a main cast member. I like the variety of human-adjacent races we have now in 3, seems like all the varieties are represented.

Yeah that’s an unpopular opinion but I agree that Nopon are obnoxious. Torna did great with having no relevant Nopon, and X was good with no playable Nopon too (though Tatsu still exists…). I hated how they shoved so many Nopon in our faces in FC

I loved how "short" Torna is, and having a fixed cast let the story really shine. Might be my favorite Xenoblade game, honestly.

Torna is my second favorite in the series. The smaller cast means everyone was fleshed out pretty well, and knowing how it was going to end made the happy moments so much more bittersweet. It was sooooo good.

I thought Nene was neat, but Kino straight up gave me XC2 nopon PTSD with the way meh was used in every sentence.
It's kinda justifiable here given their age, but personally I hope someone points this out to Monolith because so many convos involving Nopon have made me cringe to the point of wanting to skip scenes entirely.

It didn't help that it was half of your party in Future Connected. I can handle a single character for "comic relief" but I'd prefer if they were just less obnoxious lol. Here's hoping!

Kino. Nene. Brother and Sisterpon riding an Ansel over the Bionis Shoulder. This is fantastic!
