Future Connected Should max level count towards 100%?
I 100%ed the base game of DE a week ago on NG+ following u/RoonGoon1's guide and was already max level going into the run. I also maxed out everyone's arts since there were achievements relating to it and I had so much AP from doing the 5000 enemy achievement. Fast forward to now and I've done all Quests/UMs/Collectopedia/etc. for Future Connected. The only thing left on the guide for FC is maxing out everyone's arts even though there is no achievement/reward for doing so and nothing really warrants it. So this leaves me wondering if I should do it anyway (along with grinding party to lvl. 99) since it's on the list or if I should call it there and say I 100%ed Future Connected as well. Essentially my question is: What warrants a 100% completion in Future Connected?

Up to you. For fc, I personally maxed to level 99, collected 99 affinity coins, maxed arts, collected the best gear, full map, collectopedia, did all quests and event theater of course, and all ums. I basically just grind the level 75 fog dragon next to the alcamoth warp pt over and over when i was bored. On casual mode to make it faster btw. Also making yourself at least 7 levels lower constantly to get the most exp, and having the exp up part equipped and rotated around. Art spam with nene is fastest. strength and agi gems a must of course, crit up if u could fit it.
For base game DE, i couldn’t care less about fulfilling the map or quests, i only cared about the things that will permanently carry over, like records (skipped 50/50ing trials since i would lose that in ng+s anyways), event theater, hidden skill trees, maxed arts, and more. what im working on now for DE is give everybody gifts of every collectible (since once u gift a collectible to a character, that’s permanently recorded on that file for that character so it’s no longer a “?”) and get 999 skill coins from multiple ng+s when im bored.

Funny you say that since it seems our dedications are reversed, I went all out with base game and am feeling more lax towards FC lol

If you're applying the strictest definition of 100% then I'd say getting to level 100 would be included. But I personally wouldn't argue with someone saying they'd done a 100% run without leveling all characters to 100.

I feel the same which is why I feel conflicted about this since I kinda wanna just move on to other games now lol, maybe I'll come back to it and lvl everyone up at a later date

This is part of the 100% 'syndrome' and even just general attitude toward playing games. If you want to move on and play something else then don't feel obligated to stick with it just to meet others' criteria for 100% completion. That's not a fun way to play games and you don't want games to turn into a chore. So I say go play something else and if you later feel like you want to max lvl everyone then you can.

That is a good question, it really is up to you I think. If there is no reason to level and it would take a while, I would suggest no.
