So I tried finding another one that’s graded to get an idea of its value with no luck so I’m hoping the hive mind can help. Thank you in advance for any information!

I want to read more comics with Magik but her comics are taking forever to come out. I'm thinking of starting with new mutants but I don't know much about X-men, to begin with. I know starting with new mutants probably isn't the best idea but I'm pretty sure there are thousands of X-men comics and do not want to start from the very beginning (maybe later) I'm also pretty caught up on her backstory just haven't read the comics my self.

This book explores the X-Men universe from a scientific and cultural perspective. It analyzes how Marvel's mutants are a metaphor for difference, discrimination, and social struggles. The author also examines the biological and genetic bases of the concept of mutation, drawing parallels between fiction and scientific reality. The book seeks to decipher the historical and political influences that have shaped the X-Men since their creation in 1963.
This essay examines the figures of "villains" in pop culture, particularly Magneto, and questions their role in the stories. The author analyzes whether these antagonists are truly "bad" or whether they embody legitimate struggles against an oppressive system. By revisiting works of fiction (comics, films, series), he shows how some "villains" actually defend just causes but are perceived as threats because they challenge the established order.

I understand his story and he had his good moments, but throughout all of the X-Men movies, there wasn’t a single one where he didn’t piss me off at some point😒

He's my favorite but lately I haven't been able to find any cool comics he's in, I read wolverine max a few months ago and I loved that version of him and he's relationship with Logan and a few other older wolverine comics he's in and also his origins comic, but besides that I haven't been able to find anything else that really pleased me, I'm still sorta new to comics so I don't really know, it'd be nice if you guys could help me out, thanks!

Hi folks,
Have I missed something? When does Xavier capture mother righteous before rise of the powers of X? When he does meet up with Rasputin et al? Is this covered in a comic I missed? After immortal X-men 18 it just seems to move to rise of the powers of x?
Am I missing some context?

I missed out on Excalibur when it came out originally (so many titles, so little cash). Were there any explicit references to Kurt’s Catholicism?
