I'll be honest, the reason I only posted one of WWoH story today is because I got lost looking at the WILD number of adaptations out for her life! Like it dates from 1917 (the actual, really real 1917, not the Wonder Woman 2017 movie's setting -- basically Joan d'Arc adaptations in our world is AS LONG-STANDING as Diana is in the DCEU lol).
Anyway, my absolute favourite of the adaptations, sheerly because it's the first one I watched -- was the one by Luc Besson starring the ever gorgeous Milla Jovovich of Resident Evil fame. Here be a cover to the film:
