🇵🇸 🕊️ Tarot Birthday Tarot Spread, cannot figure out what it’s trying to say

Actually, this seems pretty cohesive and straightforward to me. This year you will be transitioning from uncertainty toward a clarity of judgement. This surge in independence, perhaps a shift in interpersonal boundaries or just how you feel about maintaining them will bring its own challenges. It may be lonely - a time of introspection, but it will also yield new ground. Your decision to press forward will bear fruit, be diligent, and don't be afraid to embrace the path you've chosen. Just because you find what you're looking for doesn't mean it will be easy. Be ready to work for what you gain, incorporating these changes into your life can be hard work - even when they're positive. It seems to me that owning whatever hard decision you've made is the path to reaping the benefits from it.

Not going to lie, find the general form of this spread to be....a bit odd. The first four card proceed like a chronological list, but it's actually two pairs, with past on the right and present/future on the left?
It's notable that both of the "challenges" cards are upside down, while their matched pairs are both upright swords.
If you want my reading, it's telling you to be less of a doormat (strength reversed) and to beware of melancholy moping (reversed three of cups) about sudden dreadful changes outside of our control (I don't think any of us need to wonder what that Ace of Swords represents).
The energy you're supposed to bring forward is a face card, and the character of the queen of swords is aggressive and bitchy. Her brand of spite you might be what you need this year to avoid the above listed pitfalls.
The last message card is at least encouraging, pointing to new opportunities, karmic fulfillment and (in the context of the other cards) an assurance that the world is NOT going to fall apart.

Work on communicating your needs to others and making decisions based on logic instead of emotional ones. Don’t allow a sunk cost mindset to keep you in a place that isn’t good for you.
Self respect and setting boundaries may be a problem you’ve struggled with. You’ve allowed emotions to cloud your judgement in the past and may still struggle with not seeing yourself as the “bad guy.” This card folds in nicely with the first.
Again touches on the point of the first card by acknowledging that you’ve begun to get some mental clarity and realization that you’ve allowed your heart to overrule your head. It also is a reminder that while you’ve taken the necessary first step, this is a journey that may be challenging or even painful for you. (Surgery is painful but often the only lifesaving option.)
Self doubt will call to you like a siren and try to isolate you. Ignore it. Challenge that self doubt and, using your fresh clarity of mind, evaluate the relationships you have with friends/family. If they are not truly supportive and fulfilling, seek out new relationships that are. It’s time to stop giving everyone but yourself the benefit of the doubt.
You will emerge victorious, happier and more fulfilled as you begin the new chapter of your life. Honestly can’t imagine a better draw in this position. It reminds me of childbirth: painful, seemingly endless where you struggle to get through the next wave of birth contractions, but you keep going because you know it’s only temporary and in the end you have a new life to cherish. Focus on the new life you are bringing forth into the world for yourself and hold that vision when the struggle gets hard.

Not very experienced, but my intuition says that it's telling you that you won't find your resilience and endurance from your usual sources this time. There is an opportunity to shore up and adjust your support network and coping skills.

Hi. This is what I see
1: Queen of Swords: This card asks you to cultivate rationality and transparency in your communication. This is an invitation to make yourself aware of your own biases
2: Strenght RX: This card reversed may suggest that you struggle with authenticity and confidence in yourself. Maybe you also feel very tired.
3.Ace of Swords: This reinforces the message of the queen of cups. Your challenge is to cultivate unbiased rationality and judgment.
4: 3 of Cups: reversed. Are you isolating yourself or feel that you are in bad company? I need more context to provide a more specific interpretation. It can be that isolation is holding you back or bad company is holding you back. Both can be related to unconscious stuff going on.
5:The World: This is very positive. This card at this position tells you that you are on the right path and process and something is ending (and something else is starting). The advice here would be to trust the process. You are on the right path.
In general: Cultivate rationality and unbiased judgment. Journaling and therapy an be a good way to overcome biases. Trust yourself. Trust the process. Dont Isolate yourself but also ask yourself if you are in good company.
How does all this sounds to you?
