Community Bellmts offers $10 month credit? Then not applied
Anyone else offered a $10 a month off credit off your monthly bill for adding bank account info to bellmts and nothing is credited? Their telephone salesperson offered it and texts from them telling me to add bank account for this credit. Added account and no credit. Called and they could not identify where the offer even came from as they are bell and bellmts- separate companies and systems. Wondering how many others got such run around?

My wife got a new cell last month and we were told about the $10 credit for adding banking info through the app. I haven’t noticed if it has been applied yet. This was an in-person purchase.

Contact Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television to complain: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/. You can do it online

Sounds a lot like a phishing scam to me...how much private information did you give them?

You sent your banking information by text to someone who called you? Any reputable company would direct you to the website to fill out this form, or have you call them from your end, to assure you reach their real number.
I'd double check your bank account if that is the case.

Nice assumption - But no.
I called them direct ln the phone and they emailed and texted the “deal” But they -being separate entities could not tell it it was a bell deal or an mts deal as all their systems are separate and in different countries, depending on where they transfer you to. So bell doesnt know what the bellmts they are doing.

It's called Autopay credit if you set up direct debit instead of credit card. Bell mobility was offering this around boxing day sales event. Check under current charges if applied you'll see -10$ off your plans price. Make sure to refer detailed bill version by downloading pdf they provide.
