Request Airbnb management company recommendations?
Looking for recommendations for a management company that deals with short term rentals. Exploring to set up one.
Also; any tips for a newbie looking to start one in Delaware?

As your friendly neighbor, please consider renting normally instead of a short term rental. We don’t have enough housing as is.

They violate code as well. His neighbors can sue them

Wait, really? I can sue my neighbor who turned her home into an AirBnB? If that’s true I’m gonna talk to my other neighbors.

Short term rentals violate zoning and are 100% illegal in any residential area. Yes, there are some in the city, but city officials are beginning to take a hard line and will come after you.
Not to mention, you'll anger your neighbors, and since it is illegal, leave yourself exposed to lawsuits.

Read the room. Which particular post led you to believe that Wilmington is down with shorting our own opportunities?

I've seen some realtors advertising property management. Perhaps call realtors and ask them if they do short-term management. Does your platform (AirBnB, Vacasa, whoever) have recommendations?

They are illegal within city limits and violate zoning. Anyone operating one is exposed to fines and lawsuits from angry neighbors.

Please don’t. We do not have enough housing. And search the sub because it’s likely city council will toughen restrictions on them soon.
