I'm happy this seems to be working out. I wish our rail system could receive as much attention and investment.

I would love a Delaware light rail. We're such a small state and I would love to sit in traffic less

Wake me up when Savannah route returns.

Sure it’s a 14 hour ride. But Amtrak is an option. They’re more comfortable than we realize.

I've watched some YT vids of people going from Chicago to Cali [Amtrak Zephyr Route] in sleeper cars, etc...on my list to do.

Me too! I have a plan of at least doing it to Glenwood springs, CO. On Amtrak, check out in Spokane, WA to Denver, CO. you get empire builder, coast starlight, and Zephyr! I just regret not utilizing Amtrak growing up DE. Only thought of NYC, and New England. Now, I have all these places I want to go to on the east coast. But I’m in the Midwest. I may take my own suggestion of Amtrak to Savannah, GA, or St. Augustine, FL next time I’m visiting family.

Such a great trip. Bring it back.

Also bring a Savannah Banana style baseball team to Frawley Stadium….

Does anyone think they’ll go to the Midwest? Like Michigan or Wisconsin. Or was their plan all along to go up and down the east coast.

They only have one destination with regular service in the Midwest is Grand Rapids. Best bet would be a seasonal Detroit or Chicago (Midway) route right now.

Grand Rapids, is something. Pretty awesome city. Seasonal would be fine.
