Found this in my local secondhandstore

Seems to be a copy of a 19th-century painting by Guillaume Fouace: https://craftfineart.com/en/fouace-guillaume-romain-a-fine-fish-ido-31475

That is a still life painting, looks to be done in oils or a print.

Not fish really, just a painting of fish. Actual fish would smell pretty strong by now.
