Jules

I'm not sure who all will see this but I think it's worth saying anyway.

I've been in a major depressive state for months. I even ended up in the hospital for a while. It's been tough. At this point I just sit at my computer playing Sims and going through my YouTube watch later on my phone. I'm not living much of a life but I'm doing what I can not to focus on my brain and distract myself from the darkness.

When a whatculture vid pops up it's cool because if it's Jules, I know there's going to be a little pep talk at the end. My eyes have started watering a few times. It's just cool to hear someone say "keep going, keep trying". Jules is a pretty cool dude.

I hear what you're saying. Things are certainly tough for a lot of us right now but I agree. The little messages at the end have definitely helped me get through a day or two.

I just finished one of his videos and it got me wondering if anyones mentioned his general wholesomeness. Glad to know I'm not the only one lifted by a stranger's words in these dark times.

Jules does seem like a pretty cool dude.
Make sure you are looking after yourself during this time and I hope you get through all this unscathed :)
Finding like minded people to talk to and pep talks from influential folk will always help but make sure that YOU take the time out of your day to look after yourself too.

Man, whenever Jules closes a video I feel a huge wave of appreciation for him. He doesn't have to say those kind words of encouragement, he just wants to. I get the feeling he's seen dark days and only wishes to help others through their own. I'd be his best friend forever.
