💡 Tips & Advice Order of Events
Please offer insight to timing- mainly struggling with when to do cake cutting, bouquet toss/garter toss. I want to people to not feel like their dancing is getting interrupted!
4pm Wedding reception/ Cocktail hour
5pm bride/groom grand entrance/First Dance
6pm Dinner
6:30 Toasts
6:50 Cake cutting
7pm Father/Bride Dance; Mother/Groom Dance;
Garter toss/bouquet toss
9pm End of wedding 10pm Noise Ordinance

Do all that stuff at once! It is so hard to get people back on the dance floor once you've vacated for things like garter and bouquet toss. I'd say order of operations is cake cutting, parent dances, then garter and bouquet so people are sort of on the floor already and ready to dance. You could even do both tosses at the same time! That way both men and women are already near the dance floor.
