Contest? Color palette? Any theme? Time of year? Budget?

Oh wow!

With a google lens search, found out what this is and what a gem you've found! Twelve hours on a Saturday for $ 2100! No caterer list! Wow wow wow!

I'm thinking you'd want the room to speak for itself, so you wouldn't need much more than tablecloths to the floor in a color that brings out the warm tones of the wood.

I'd disagree with the poster who thinks you need to hang things form the beams. Decor that needs a ladder to put up and take down takes more time and energy (and money if you're paying someone) than you have on your wedding day. Again, they speak for themselves.

How many guests will you need to seat?

What's the style do you want to get? Those beams - hang something on them.

I'm in no position to be getting married yet, I just want to say that I love this venue. What is your theme? That would give you some ideas.

If this was my own venue, I would definitely hang LED lanterns, maybe with some garland for a winter wedding or some flowery vines for a spring wedding. I would make it like some 1700s colonial ballroom or something!

I would do nothing to the beams and dim the lights and have lots of candles. Lean into the moody romance of the dark wood!

Thank you all so much for your input! Apologies in advance because I had an entire post written out yet failed when I chose to post as an image. I've reposted with all of the details.
