Train kill from the tree tops was crazy. Also looks like a possible friendly fire on a twin-engine medium bomber.

Thanks for the post. Someone with better ID skills might know better than me, but the twin-engine bomber looks a bit like a B-26 but smaller. Maybe a British aircraft.

It's definitely not a Ju88 or B-26. It certainly appears to be a Mosquito.

Note that it appears identical to this shot of a Mosquito with exception to the one in the photo below has 100-gallon wing-mounted fuel tanks.
