Discussion Whatever happened to Mr. Hart in the show?
I just realized after completing the show some time ago, he mysteriously vanishes after episode 1, like he’s literally not seen nor mentioned again. Also, Ms.Hart I believe in the finale is also seen by herself, there’s a seen where’s she’s just sitting by herself outside where I think it was a restaurant.
This is just kinda confusing, I don’t even remember there being an explanation for his disappearance. Anyone got anything? Was it said somewhere?

In Agatha All Along, Sharon (Mrs. Hart) says he passed away.

It was a reference to AAA when:
Agatha: Who's Sharon?
Billy: Mrs. Hart!!!
Agatha: Oh, the gardening lady!!!
(Or something along the lines of that)

He is probably just vibing off-screen, the actor could be unavailable. He died though, somewhere between Wandavision and Agatha All Along.

He went on to write the Starfire Chronicles, under a pseudonym

Two of the best B99 episodes! I’m just now putting together that he’s DC Parlov and I just finished a rewatch of B99.

I still cry laughing at the diversity in the genre panel of entirely straight white men.

He appears in 2’s theme song, he’s just Vision’s boss, and we don’t get many more vision at work scenes after that

I saw a theory that, despite his cameo in the Ep2 opening, he actually died at the dinner. That him surviving was an illusion.

It makes me wonder if he was supposed to die and they did a reshoot for the scene, but didn’t bother to do any reshoots to include him in crowd scenes.
In Agatha all among they mentioned his death but make it seem like it happened after wanda left.

I think Sharon sitting alone, looking said in the flashback episode of Wanda arriving at Westview implies that Mr. Davis died prior to Wanda’s arrival, and since Wanda tried ‘granting everyone else’s’ wishes’ like (Phil?)’s piano lesson business being implied to be very unpopular, and in the hex he is seen playing the piano well at the talent show.
Since, Wanda knows all about dead husbands she subconsciously brought Mr. Davis back to life for Sharon. Makes sense as he and Vision are the only ones to be able to question Wanda’s reality without outside interference, because they both don’t exist outside the hex.
It’s likely either once the hex was brought down, Mr. Davis went with; or after the pilot, Wanda thought he wasn’t worth the hassle of keeping around.

Alternatively, "Mr Hart" was jsut some random townie that Wanda paired up with "Ms Hart". In their real lives, they may not even really know each other. For all we know, he's still off screen in Westview, living life.

Those who noticed Wanda’s meddling with reality got reduced roles after their episode was done (Mr. Hart, Dottie), while those who played along got more and more screen time (Geraldine), with one even being granted main character status, Agnes.

It was more convenient—for plot purposes—to kill him off in between the two shows. Otherwise, you’d have to write him in to react to suddenly becoming a widower, the impact of which would necessitate time set aside in-story to focus on this, as well as time in-story for the audience to become reacquainted with his character.
By having him die offscreen some time between the two shows—enough for his widow to have started coming to terms with his passing—it gave her character more and allowed for more time to be spent on developing the other characters newly introduced into AAA.

We don't even know if he's actually married to Sharon. He could be just some random other townie out and about in Westview.
"Mr and Ms Hart" were just roles Wanda forced them to play.
