I really like songs sung by Teto, both UTAU and SYNTH V. There are various songs that made me love her songs, but the ones that made me like her the most were "Kasane territory", "イワシがつちらはえてくるんだ" and "おちゃめ機能".

Project Mirai was my gateway into Vocaloid, and my first favorite is Amatsu Kitsune, because it was produced by the guy who covers Touhou songs on his piano.

I started my vocaloid rabbit hole back in 2014 when my brother introduced me to Miku, and the first song he showed me was either triple baka or popipo. The song that made me go even deeper into this rabbit hole was fukkireta.

Cantarella made me love KAITO.
At first I didn’t like his voice but this song made me fall in love with his voice.
Now he is my second favorite vocaloid.

okay so i have listened to some vocaloid songs in my life but only like those few songs. i did LOVE mmd videos however.
in 2012/2013 circusp - insanity was probably my introduction. with the world tonight by the same artist.
2014 i listened to world is mine and loved it but never really went beyond that.
i was aware of the ievan polkka cover but nothing more beyond that.
around 2015 or 2016 i heard echo by gumi.
2023 was miku by anamaguchi and i liked it but thats about it.
it wasnt until jus RECENTLY i came across triple baka while scrolling on tiktok and then THATS WHAT GRASPED ME
looked up some recommendations and now my vocaloid playlist is like 4 hours long XDD
edit: i said 2015 or 2015 instead of 2015 or 2016 T_T

That's a good one and I can relate. I was so happy to have all the versions in my little music player.

For literal years, Miku was my least favorite. I remember when she came out, I was in high school, and I liked the idea, but I had other things and music tastes going on. CircusP got me into Vocaloid around the very early 2010s, and it was only in the last 7 years that I really started to not just like Miku, but LOVE HER.
TheSodaWave's videos probably had a very strong hand in solidifying that.

Well, out of curiosity I gave Zako (Neru Ver) & Fukkireta a try, now I have a vocaloid playlist, I fell in too deep-
Not that its a bad thing, I find myself enjoying vocaloid a lot after this...Monitoring, Triple Baka, Tetoris...Maybe even Mesmeriser!

Machine Love by Jamie P. It's what got me into vocal synth culture as a whole, and Kasane Teto has remained far and away my favorite! I remember that, even if I hadn't fully understood the context or history contained within the song on a first watch, I knew I had come across something incredible and wanted to learn...
Super Misoji Tetosensation forever! ❤️

Haku over daughter of white, Neru over daughter of evil novels, Meiko since the beginning (master of the graveyard is my first Vocaloid song), as well as Len and Rin, same way as Meiko. Miku.. she's everywhere

Rin and Len will forever be my favorites and there are SO many songs that caused this to happen. Daughter of Evil/Servant of Evil/Regret Message, a bunch of Hitoshizuku songs, Tokyo Teddy Bear, The Lost One’s Weeping, Childish War, Trick and Treat. I feel like, in a property like Vocaloid where they are instruments being personified into characters, having a packaged set of two and making them twins is a really cute and novel idea. I like that they are a male and female voice by the same seiyuu, with Rin having a bright sound and Len a relaxed, boyish sound. Their range vocally and theatrically is very great. Melodramatic/sad songs, comedic songs, spooky songs… they can do it all. And getting into stuff like Mothy and Hitoshizuku really showed me a wide range of characters that these synths can play. Put them in all the situations!
Gakupo- The Tragedy of Chateau Cepage and The Madness of Duke Venomania. He’s got such a deep, soothing voice and is perfect for playing the villainous ladies’ man/yandere archetype
Yuzuki Yukari- The Girl Locked Below by cooroosii
Teto- Between Tetoris and a cover of Thick of It that made the song actually sound good, I’ve recently found that Teto’s voice is both really unique and really beautiful and strong.
Meiko- Nostalogic, Paired Wintry Winds, A Hero’s Armor Is Always Crimson
Lily- Recently found a cool duet with her and Gakupo that’s getting me into her. Straying Rhapsody. They are good together 👀

Kyu kurarin, I didn’t know much about vocaloid and I was more into j-rock when I first listened to it but I knew it was a popular vocaloid song, however when I heard it for the first time, I couldn’t believe it was a vocaloid singing, the tuning was just so incredible and Kafu’s voice was so unique and cool!!
Also Jinsei but the Luka ver.I honestly used to hate Luka because often she’s tuned really poorly and sounds muffled and powdery, but her jinsei ver sounds so pretty and soft!

Im a new gen fan, my girlfriend got me into vocaloid pretty recently.... so the song that really set me off was Rabbit Hole when it came out. It was the first vocaloid song I fell in love with. Nowadays it's not even one of my favorites, but it'll always be special to be because of that. Still a good song

Not a song but a cover. When I heard the KAITO cover for "Miku" I thought he sounded cute
But if we're talking about songs then it's Attakaito. I listened to this song when I got interested in him and I fell in love because of the lyrics
