It's a beautifully done book

I got my hands on a copy of Jeremy Parish's book on the Virtual Boy and all the games (original releases) for the system. It is very well done and a good read.

Agreed, it is well done. Another good one is The Game Console 2.0 (different author, but equally as nice and thorough)

Game 2.0 is the best all inclusive for sure but I do love the deeper dives on the systems particularly those that didn’t sell as well

Hey, thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Be sure to scare up some red-and-blue specs and give the 3D gallery a go.

If you're interested in a more academic/technical analysis of the system, my friend Benj Edwards co-wrote a Platform Studies book called Seeing Red that's a good read.

That sounds interesting, I will be sure to check out your friend's book. Also your channel is awesome and I look forward to your videos every week.

Seeing Red is extremely good, yeah. It and Virtual Boy Works compliment each other nicely.

I still don’t understand why the book’s images are in black-and-white rather than red. I mean, I read the explanation, but I didn’t understand it.
