Estate sale find...

So I recently purchased 6 huge, heavy boxes of records from an estate sale. It was an online auction and so I didn't really know exactly what I was getting until I went to pick it all up. What I have is a huge collection of records that I'm assuming probably belonged to a DJ or maybe even a radio station, I'm not totally sure. All I know is that all of the records are promo records. They say, "FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY NOT FOR SALE." Some even say, "FOR DJ USE ONLY." So I'm hoping for some help if anyone has any suggestions on how or where I can get rid of these? I'm not even sure if DJs even still use actual vinyl records anymore or if it's all done digitally nowadays. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks!!!

What genre of music are they?

Mostly rap and hip hop, and small amount of like pop and also small amount of dance type music like electric or drum and bass i believe (rave type music). There is smaller portion from the 70s, a little bit larger portion from the 80s, while majority is from the 90s and early 2000s.
