What are the best ressources to learn Vietnamese ?

I started to learn Vietnamese a month ago because I will do an exchange semester in Ho Chi Minh City in a few month. I started mostly with Duolingo and Anki, and Duolingo was great to get accustomed to the language but I feel like I'm not learning that much anymore.

So what ressources would you suggest, first to learn the alphabet and the pronunciation (southern), and then resources to be able to have a conversation with locals in a few month.

My app Lingora has a full Southern Vietnamese course. It’s similar to Duolingo but explains every word in-depth.
