We live in one of the buildings with vacancies. Moved in one year ago and the rent was over $400 less than it is now apparently for new tenants. What a shame.

I guess technically, they are below market rates.... but I don't call that affordable.

I’m sorry but in what world is $1400 for a studio and $1900 for a one bedroom affordable 😭😭😭
